Property Crossing is always looking to sponsor
energetic self-motivated loan officers. With your initiative and
our commission schedule, we can establish a mutually profitable
relationship.
We have two separate programs that allow you to offer mortgages. You can
choose which program is right for you by deciding how involved you want to
be in the process. For relatively little effort on your part, you will
receive 25% of the mortgage commission. For those that desire a 50% split,
you take greater responsibility and will be much more involved in the process. But remember, for either plan,
we provide all the back office processing, underwriting, and closing of
the mortgages.
License
You must be licensed by the Texas Savings And
Loan Department to receive income from mortgage origination activities in
Texas and must be licensed by the Texas Department of Insurance to receive
income for Insurance activities. Through this
link,
you will find a summary on how to get your license.
25% Plan
To earn 25% of the mortgage commissions, you merely have to find THE
CLIENT, collect some basic information FROM THEM, AND HELP THE CLIENT
SELECT THE RIGHT LOAN PROGRAM. We will assign an experienced loan officer
to work the file with you and help you learn about the mortgage business.
You will learn about numerous loan programs, how to read rate sheets, and
how to quote loans.
Existing Real Estate Agents, Financial Planners, Investment Advisors, and
CPA's, this is an extremely easy way to increase your take-home on your
transactions. With little effort on your part, you will earn a substantial
mortgage commission. Think about this. You have invested your time and efforts advising your clients about their real estate deal. Why have
someone else earn all the mortgage commission. Also, don't forget that you
can provide your clients Homeowner's
Insurance through Property Crossing and earn yet another commission.
With us, you have the possibility of bringing in two additional income
streams.
50% Plan*
To earn 50% of the mortgage commissions, you will
facilitate the entire loan origination process (without the assistance of
a senior loan officer). This includes
