Typically, the seller of a property agrees to pay a 6% commission. This
is split between the real estate broker/salesman representing the Seller
(3%) and the real estate broker/salesman representing the buyer (3%). At
best brokers will split their 3% commission 50/50 with their salesman. In other
words you, as the salesman, would earn 1.5% of every transaction. As you
can see, with Property Crossing, you have the opportunity to earn up to
1.8% of every transaction (60% of the 3% commission).
The example below illustrates just how dramatically your income can
increase by becoming a Property Crossing Realtor.
